Mold standard accessories are an important part of CNC processing of plastic products. They are usually made of high-strength metal materials and are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant.

1. Mold clamp: used to fix the mold and workpiece to ensure the accuracy and stability of processing. Common clamps include clamp bases, clamp chucks, etc.

2. Mold guide pillars and guide bushes: used for positioning and guiding the mold to ensure smooth and accurate mold movement. The guide posts are usually fixed to the mold base plate, while the guide sleeves are fixed to the mold slide.

3. Mold springs and pneumatic components: used for the opening, closing and ejection of the mold. Springs provide elastic force, while pneumatic components control the movement of the mold through air pressure.

4. Mold heating element: used to heat the mold so that the plastic material can flow and form better. Common heating elements include heating rods, heating plates, etc.

5. Mold cooling element: used to cool the mold to prevent mold overheating and extend mold life. Common cooling components include cooling pipes, cooling water inlets, etc.

6. Mold nozzle and nozzle cover: used to inject plastic material into the mold cavity to control plastic flow and filling. The nozzle is usually fixed on the injection port of the mold, and the nozzle sleeve is fixed on the nozzle of the mold.

These mold standard accessories play a key role in the CNC processing of plastic products and can improve processing efficiency and product quality. Their selection and use need to be determined based on specific processing requirements and mold design.
